Eszter has a strong focus on regulatory matters and supports clients across diverse legal challenges within highly regulated industries; especially in the energy and pharmaceutical sectors.
As a key member of our transactional team, she is very experienced in M&A transactions, with a solid understanding of the entire transaction process. Eszter is frequently involved in due diligence exercises, FDI and merger control clearance processes, co-ordinating pre-closing, closing and post-closing related tasks. With an LL.M. in Competition Law, she is knowledgeable in unfair commercial practices, antitrust and merger control issues.
Eszter also advises clients on corporate structuring, including developing employee participation and stock option and trust asset management schemes.
