Professional Experience

Réka has extensive experience in M&A cases (assisting with all elements of a transaction, including structuring, overall due diligence, transaction documentation and coordination of signing and closing as well as post-closing) with a particular focus on PV projects, including real estate matters.

She has also worked on several complex cross-border litigation and arbitration cases requiring a comprehensive approach and a deep understanding of both local and EU commercial law and practice.

She also advises clients on the civil aspects of fraud cases, including asset recovery.

The vast majority of her clients have been multinational and foreign companies, mainly from the EU, the CEE region and Israel.

After graduating, Réka joined the firm as an associate and became a partner in 2024.
